14-Day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at hello@carambamamba.com with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.

Conditions for return

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with any tags attached

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund you (minus original shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@carambamamba.com within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping in this case).
